The Baldwin Borough Public Library is fully handicap accessible. There are two designated handicap parking spaces and a ramp that leads into the Wallace building. The Library and all its programming is on the first floor. Restrooms can be reached via a graded ramp and handicap stalls are available in all restrooms. Have questions about accessibility?
