BBPL supports the Five Literacies of PA Forward

You may have noticed the addition of different logos on our library materials and social media posts. These are the logos of the Pennsylvania Library Association’s PA Forward Initiative. They represent the five literacies that all libraries support through their services and community programs. Libraries are about much more then books. Libraries improve the quality of life of residents and help them succeed as citizens, parents, students, employers, employees and consumers.

Here are BBPL, we are proud to serve our community through quality programs, services and information that support all five of these literacies. Look for the logos and hashtags that represent them in BBPL promotional materials, and see the ways that we contribute to a more well-rounded community. #PAForward #PALibraries
