The Baldwin Borough Public Library evaluates the needs of the community every five years to develop a Strategic Plan that outlines the Library’s goals and objectives. In the fall of 2020, the Library conducted two community surveys. They captured demographic and usage data, as well as feedback on programs, services, and future needs. Here is a snapshot of those survey results.
