Spring Flower Sale – 2019

• All Plants are supplied by Janoski’s Farm & Greenhouse: Clinton, PA 724-899-3438
• All orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable
• Pick-up will be at Baldwin Library on Friday, May 10.
• Plant orders with payment must be submitted to the library by Friday, April 26.

• To pay by cash or check, print & fill out this order form, and return in to the library by Friday, April 26.
• To pay via paypal, credit or debit card, use the online order form below. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.

2019 Plant Order Form

• To order, choose the flower and color (if an option) and click on the Add to Cart button beneath the Plant name.
• Your order will appear in the shopping cart at the bottom of the page. You have the option of changing the quantity of each plant order in the shopping cart.
• Once you are done choosing plants, hit the Check out with Paypal button, which will open a new browser window and allow you to pay via a secure website.
