BBPL provides access to federal and state tax forms and instructions. Below are links to the IRS website and the PA Department of Revenue for your tax needs. Tax forms can be printed at the library.
Federal and State tax forms are available for pick up at the Baldwin Library. You may also order tax forms by mail. To request federaltax forms, instructions, and other publications by mail please contact the IRS at 1-800-TAX-FORM (800-829-3676) Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm local time.
To request statetax forms, instructions, and other publications by mail please contact the PA Department of Revenue at 1-888-PATAXES (1-888-728-2937) Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm local time.
