Tax Assistance, Forms, and Information
BBPL provides access to federal and state tax forms and instructions. Below are links to the IRS website and the PA Department of Revenue for your tax needs. Tax forms can be printed at the library for free. For instructions, our normal printing policy will be followed.
Federal Forms and Instructions State Forms and Instructions
Federal and state tax forms are availble for pick up at the library. You may also order tax forms by mail. To request federal tax forms, instructions, and other publications by mail please contact the IRS at 1-800-TAX-FORM (800-829-3676) Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm local time. To request state tax forms, instructions, and other publications by mail please contact the PA Department of Revenue at 1-888-PATAXES (1-888-728-2937) Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm local time.
